Festive charity coach parking in Holt, North Walsham and Norwich from 1st November to 31st December 2025.
This festive season, we're offering coach holiday operators and drivers visiting Norfolk parking and facilities in all three of our depots whilst raising money for St Martins Housing Trust!
Our three depots are conveniently located in Holt, North Walsham and on the edge of Norwich City Centre – perfect for stopping by on Christmas tours if you are visiting Norwich, the North Norfolk Coast, The Broads or Thursford Christmas Spectacular. The Sanders Coaches Elves will be glad to see you!
Coach parking is available anytime between 09:00 and 17:00 without the need to book, but it would be helpful to know in advance if you would like to stop by – please email [email protected] if you can, but this is not essential. You will be most welcomed either way!

We ask for a minimum £10.00 donation, all of which will go to St Martins – a local charity combatting homelessness in our local area. This is a fantastic charity which does incredible work at Christmas time and over winter for the homeless and vulnerable communities of Norfolk.
Drivers and couriers are welcome. There is somewhere warm to relax with free warm drinks, and you are welcome to make use of wash and toilet drop facilities. We do not have facilities for passengers. Please wear your hi-visibility jacket when in our depot and report to reception on arrival.
Depot locations:
-Heath Drive, Holt, NR25 6ER – A few minutes from Holt Town Centre, where there is no coach parking! We are 10-15 minutes away from Thursford Christmas Spectacular, Cromer and Sheringham. Access from A148 Holt Bypass roundabout via Nightjar Road, through the new build houses.
-58 Bessemer Road, Norwich, NR4 6AT – Five minutes out of Norwich City Centre. Access from A47/A140, we are behind ASDA.
-23 Cornish Way, North Walsham, NR28 0AT – 15-20 minutes away from Cromer, Wroxham, Aylsham and Bure Valley Railway. Access from A149, follow MOT centre signs.
