Please let us know about your services
27/02/2025There is currently a Liberal Democrat campaign re the lack of bus services in North Norfolk , highlighting that people cannot make the journeys they require when they want to. I am sure most people know the huge amount of work that we, as an Operator, have undertaken in partnership with your excellent Public Transport Team at County Hall since the pandemic to expand and improve frequencies on nearly all of the Bus services we offer. We cannot promise to resolve every issue there is in North Norfolk but we are a very caring community based family business with a 100% passenger focused approach to everything we do.
If you do have a public transport journey you need to make and are finding it difficult, please contact our customer services team, led by Ian Richardson, who will do their very best to help. They will also make a note of your enquiry to see if we can find a way in the future when re-planning to resolve the issue.
One issue we do know is our buses do not go to the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital - this is purely because there is no need for us to do so. First Eastern Counties and Konect buses between them run a 10 minute service from the City Centre to the Hospital, all you need to do is change buses at Anglia Square or Castle Meadow.
My one bit of advice to very bus user for 2025 is to get hold of all the timetables and just see where you can get to with a simple change of bus or Operator - for example Catch the X55 or 54 Service from any stop to Anglia Square and then cross the road and change to X40/X41/X44 or 44A to visit the beautiful North Norfolk Coast ( Cromer / Sheringham ). You can then even travel on one of the most picturesque bus journeys in the whole of the UK - Coasthopper 1 (CH1) along the North Norfolk Coast an area of outstanding natural beauty - you might even get to be driven by our now famous driver "Coasthopper Kev" or one of his equally charming colleagues. Make it this year, 2025, that you start to explore our wonderful and Beautiful County by Bus - Even better there are great fares on offer and of course if you have your concessionary card its totally FREE !!! See our website for details.
