Due to a six week closure for Cadent Gas works, buses will not serve Mill Road Suffield Park or Cromer Hospital.
X41/X44/44A will use Norwich Road and serve all stops on diversion.
Coasthopper CH2 will continue to serve the Station Road section of Suffield Park.

Due to further Anglian Water emergency closures, the coast road at East Runton will close overnight from 19:00 on Wednesday 12th August to 09:00 on Thursday 13th August.
During this time, there will be no service from all stops listed above.
In Sheringham, please use either Station Approach or Holway Road. Stops from Tesco through to Beeston Common will not be served.
There is no service to Beeston Regis, West Runton or East Runton.
In Cromer, please use Cromer Travel Hub or any stops thereafter. Westcliff Avenue will not be served.

X6/6 - Catfield/Ludham

Due to Anglian Water works at Catfield, buses will be unable to serve Catfield Village Hall or Ludham from Monday 17th to Wednesday 19th August 2026.
In Catfield, please use stops at New Road which will be served as normal.
Customers at Ludham are advised to use Central Connect 2 to Potter Heigham and board our 6/X6 from here.

Cromer Carnival Bus Disruption

19th Aug 2026 onwards

Extensive road closures will be in place from 18:00 to 21:30 on Wednesday 19th August 2026 in Cromer for the annual Carnival parade. The following alterations will be in place.

Coasthopper CH1
The 17:15 from Wells-next-the-Sea will not serve stops in Sheringham from Tesco to Beeston Common, West Runton, East Runton or any of its normal stops in Cromer. The bus will divert at Sheringham and run direct via A148 to Cromer Rail Station where this bus will terminate.

Coasthopper CH2
The 17:35 from North Walsham will terminate at Cromer, Overstrand Road/Cliff Avenue. This bus will not serve Louden Road, Morrisons or Cadogan Road.
The 19:05 from Cromer will commence from Cromer, Overstrand Road/Cliff Avenue. This bus will not serve Church Street. Stops on Overstrand Road at Doctors Surgery and Sutherland Court will not be served, please board at Cliff Avenue.

6A
The 17:40 from North Walsham will not serve stops in Cromer at Halsey House, Vicarage Road, Louden Road, Morrisons or Cadogan Road. The bus will run to Cromer, Overstrand Road/Cliff Avenue.
The 18:10 from Cromer will commence from Cromer, Overstrand Road/Cliff Avenue. This bus will not serve Cadogan Road or Church Street.

X40/X41/X44/44A
Journeys from Norwich at 16:40, 17:10, 17:40, 18:10 and 19:10 will not serve Northrepps, Cromer, East Runton, West Runton, Beeston Regis or stops in Sheringham from Beeston Common to Tesco. The last bus to run as normal before closures come into place will be the 16:10 44A from Norwich. The 21:40 and 22:40 from Norwich will run as normal.
Journeys from Sheringham at 17:45, 18:45 and 19:45 will not serve stops in Sheringham from Tesco to Beeston Common, West Runton, East Runton, Cromer or Northrepps. The last bus to run as normal before closures come into place will be the 16:30 X44 from Sheringham. The 22:14 44A from Sheringham will run as normal.

North Walsham 5K Race Closures

Due to the annual EPIC North Walsham 5K race there will be closures in place around North Walsham from 18:45 to 20:00 on Friday 26th June 2026. During this time our access to the town is limited and the diversion below will be in place.

If you service is not listed below, it will be running as normal. From 20:00 buses will run as normal.

X6 - The 17:45 X6 from Great Yarmouth will operate as far as Smallburgh as normal then operate direct to Park Lane bus stop to terminate at instead of the Travel Hub. All stops along Yarmouth Road and through the Spenser Avenue estate will not be served.

34 - The 18:05 34 from North Walsham will depart from the Travel Hub as normal and follow full route as far as Ridlington, it will then divert to Park Lane bus stop to terminate at instead of the Travel Hub. The 19:10 from North Walsham will commence from Park Lane bus stop instead of the Travel Hub. It will not serve Bluebell Road or Crow Road but will serve Lyngate Road as normal.

54 - The 17:35 from Norwich will serve all stops as far as Market Place/Kings Arms, then divert to Park Lane bus stop to terminate at instead of the Travel Hub.

X55 - The 18:25 from Norwich will serve all stops as far as Norwich Road as normal then diver to Park Lane bus stop to terminate at instead of the Travel Hub. The connecting 19:10 34 departure will commence from here and continue straight to Lyngate Road, omitting Bluebell Road and Crow Road.
