Sheringham Park, designed by Henry Repton, sits high on the hill overlooking Sheringham, Kelling and the North Sea. Wander through the park and you will be taken aback by the colourful displays of rhododendrons and azaleas. From the viewing towers you can take in gorgeous views out to sea and may even spot a steam train on the North Norfolk Railway passing by. Among the thousand acre park live three species of deer, plus hundred of birds and butterflies to keep a lookout for.

There are signposted walks around Sheringham Park, plus out to the beach past two historic World War Two pillboxes. A suggestion from us is to catch local bus service 9 at Sheringham, follow the walking route out to the coast and follow the beach towards Weybourne, where you can catch a Coasthopper CH1 back to Sheringham.

To access Sheringham Park, use local bus service 9 from Fakenham, Holt or Sheringham. Buses drop off by the car park gates on Lodge Hill.
