Cromer Carnival 2024 - Park & Ride and Bus Information

Posted:

The fantastic Cromer Carnival is almost upon us, with thousands expected to descend on Cromer to see the lively and colourful evening parade. Activities will be taking place all day throughout the town, including the seafront, carnival field and Pier.

Traffic in Cromer will be busy, so it is advisable to use public transport to take the stress out of your day, alleviate traffic pressure on the town and reduce emissions on the North Norfolk Coast.

Park & Ride

As part of our sponsorship of Cromer Carnival, we will be running the popular Park and Ride service to and from the A148 Layby where parking is available on the adjacent fields by permission of Mr Benjamin Cabbell-Manners. Bus travel is free.

Buses will drop off and pick back up outside the Carnival Field and at Beach Road (for the Town Centre). Once road closures come into place, buses will run to and from Cromer Rail Station only (18:00 to 21:00).

Last buses back to the Park & Ride field will run at 22:30 from the Carnival Field.
